Day 7 - Road To A Flat Tummy

Hello everyone, today is the Seventh day since we started our journey. Check yourself to see if we are making any progress and please leave a comment down there, you might inspire someone.
Today we shall finish off the week with drinks I'm calling 'The Don'ts'.
1. Do not drink alcohol..
- Alcohol makes the body store more of the fat you eat and burns up to 36% less fat than you normally should.
- Alcohol also prevents your body's capacity to build more fat burning hormones.
So, no alcohol for you.
2. Do not drink carbonated and fermented beverages..
- These drinks contain gas.
- Apart from causing gastritis, they
- Lead to a swollen and bloated belly since the gas is stored in the intestinal system.
3. Do not take in drinks containing sorbitol..
Sorbitol is an artificial sweetener found in some diet sodas.
- The body has problems digesting sorbitol thus it stays longer in our body.
* Sorbitol is also found in yogurt, hand candies, chewing gum and reduced-calorie foods.
