Today we will twist our breakfast a bit.
Instead of our usual coffee or tea, we will now start drinking either green tea, ginger tea or peppermint tea.
Here we go...
Green tea for breakfast.
Green tea reduces belly fat because of the antioxidant catechin contained in it.
So start drinking green tea today.
OR
Ginger tea for breakfast...
Ginger tea calms the GI tract and reduces bloating.
Sinply add fresh, grated ginger to the green tea and drink it. Or boil chopped pieces of ginger root to make ginger tea.
OR
Peppermint tea for breakfast...
Peppermint tea helps in proper digestion.
Simply add peppermint leaves to water or green tea and drink it.
