Today we will talk about drinking to flatten your belly.

Water:
Drinking water helps maintain a proper balance of fluids, it stops the major cause of a bloated belly and makes you feel full so that you are forced not to eat more but less.
Drinking water breaks down fat for energy and moves nutrients to the muscles to maintain your body's metabolism.
Drink plain water as often as possible and if it becomes boring, explore; add some lemon or some orange to add flavor to the water, but don't add both at the same time.
So there you have it: lets drink to flat belly.
