Day 5 - Road To A Flat Tummy

Welcome friends, hope y'all enjoyed your water drinking yesterday...
Today we will be drinking something nice and tastier than water, yes, tastier.

Drinking smoothies - Watermelon & Pineapple Smoothie.
Smoothies are another way of staying hydrated and contributes to flattening the tummy.
Watermelon smoothie: This contains the amino acid arginine that decreases body fat and increases lean muscle mass(total weight of the body minus all the weight due to the body's fat mass).
How To:
- Chop up two cups of watermelon and put into a blender.
- Add 1/4 cup of fat-free milk and blend for about 15 seconds.
- Add 2 cups of ice and blend until it becomes smooth.
- enjoy yourself.

Pineapple smoothie: This provides bromelain, an enzyme that breaks down proteins, eases digestion and banishes bloating.
How To:
- Make one cup of skim milk(0.1% fat) and put it in a blender along with 4 ounce(113 grams) of fresh or canned pineapple chunks.
- Blend for about 60 seconds.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil.
- enjoy yourself...
