Day 2 - Road To A Flat Tummy


Thanks for coming back...
After reading the tip for day 1, We hope you slept at least 2 if not 3 or more hours later after having super.
If not, please click here to start your journey of getting a flat tummy, don't be left behind...
Today we will be recommending foods that will get your tummy flat seeing that you have accepted to go on this journey.
You should know that getting a flat tummy will not turn you into a vegetarian nor will you give up your luxurious foodstuff.
Here we go....
Instead of eating foods rich in fat or calories, replace them with foods rich in grain, lean protein and lean meat.
We are talking about cutting down on daily hungry lion, fried chips, fried fish, candy, chocolate, sweets and junk foods.
Instead eat more of vegetables, beans, nuts, wheat, foods rich in grain.
Did I mention stay away from ice cream? I know right even ice cream, looks so innocent.. But yes, no more ice and no more hard cheese instead consume milk, yogurt and cottage cheese.
Also reduce as much as possible the amount of sodium you take in, table salt is rich in sodium. So take in as little table salt as you can.
